LeAnne had to say...

I am retired and housebound pretty much, and spend most of my time with my family and reading! Light mysteries mostly, but in a pinch I will read anything!

I love all things vintage! I collect open salts and junk jewelry, and bookmarks!  Now, I mainly collect Christmas tree pins! Some old, some new, some completely jeweled, and some very plain. I love them all, you just cannot have too many! Starting in November, my daughter & granddaughter start wearing them every time they leave the house! I keep them on a velvet covered, styrofoam Christmas tree, and enjoy it all year.

Hi LeAnn:  I am new to the "club" but am already enthused about the response and the fact that I am expecting two books to arrive and cherish, hopefully very soon.  I live not so very far from you -- 30 miles south of San Antonio.  I attended college in college many moons ago and pigged out on German food in New Braunfels at least once a week.  Wurstfest is the best fest!  I also have something in common with you in that I love "cozy" mysteries.  Thanks for sharing your favorites as I will be trying out those that I am not yet familiar with very soon.  I read a vast range of genres from biographies to bodice rippers and am a bookaholic!  Thanks for all your hard work on keeping this website alive and functioning.  Books, like gasoline, have gotten so expensive that I'm always looking for a bargain.  PaperBackSwap is certainly the best I've found so far.  Read until you drop and blessings on you and yours.  Debra
